Information and purposes

This website has no account registration, contact form, advertising trackers or site-added analytics. You can contact us through your own email or telephone application. If you do, we receive the information you provide, such as your name, contact details and enquiry.

Enquiry information is used to respond and manage the related business correspondence. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)), or taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)), where applicable. Legal record-keeping obligations may require processing under Article 6(1)(c).

Website hosting and network delivery may process technical information such as IP addresses, request details and security logs to deliver and protect the website. Technical delivery and proportionate security processing support our legitimate interest in maintaining a functioning, secure website.

Recipients, transfers and retention

Hosting, network delivery and business communication providers may process information required to provide their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by law. We do not add advertising services or sell visitor information through this website.

Product measurements and cookies

The public website does not connect to your touring racks or collect their amplifier telemetry, power data or SPL recordings. The AmpliSoft product operates on your local control network. Raw microphone audio stays in the measuring browser; recorded sound-level metrics can be included in the product’s operational history.
